Boxfit is a high-energy 1-hour workout that blends boxing techniques with strength training for maximum results. The first 45 minutes focus on 10 rounds of boxing drills to improve speed, coordination, and endurance. The final segment is dedicated to strength training, using targeted exercises to build muscle and boost overall performance.

This unique combination of skills and power creates a transformative fitness experience. With expert guidance and a motivating environment, you’ll leave every session feeling stronger and more confident.

Burn & Tone

is a powerful 1-hour workout blending bodyweight exercises and resistance training. Bodyweight moves improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance using only your body, while resistance training builds muscle with weights, bands, or your own weight as resistance.

This high-energy class is designed to deliver real results in a welcoming, motivating environment. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel right at home.
